| Vittorio, excellent! Wishing you the best success. Wow 59 Sport Coupe, not alot thats not damaged there. That car needs to give up what good parts it has left IMO.

| I already called this guy...looks like he'll not sell any part of the car..He said there's "someone from Rome going to buy and restore it...." I think is BS... I'm going to make him an offer (a few hundred Euros..) for the whole car and part it..I'll keep you updated

| Vittorio…..Many of us on this forum have been wondering where the factories stamped the hidden Vehicle Identification Number on the frame. Since you now have the frame cleaned and painted, and the body off, could we impose on you to carefully inspect all sides and top and bottom to try to locate it? It would greatly add to our knowledge base and possibly create some security documentation……John
P.S. nice work on the frame and front suspension!

| Thank you guys... I'm goin' to look for the VIN on the frame next weekend...but the rear part of the frame, especially from the rear axle back, had some surface rust..after powdercoating the numbers may be not easy to spot...or even eroded by the sandblaster! see detailed picture of the rear.... | |

| Brake job.. P.S. I carefully inspected but I was not able to find any VIN stamped on the frame...but as I mentioned the rear part of the frame was a little rusty and the sandblaster could have removed the VIN (or what was left of if...) | |

| Awesome job on the front end!
I didn't notice this before but can someone explain why the rear brace between the frame rails has that curved section in the middle? It looks to be from the factory but on my 4 door sedan that brace goes straight across... ???
