see the big drip mark? it sat next to a woodpile covered in snow for ages. so i'm going to use fiberglass body fill and skim it soon here. still working on getting all the paint off here

i havnt patched this hole yet, but i have patched the hole on the passanger side. all the paint you see here is gone now as well but ya

Front Fenders done! workin on the hood now... i've finally been able to make the time to do this i was getting pissed for a while cause i didn't have time... i'll post pictures later but i'm excited

hey guys sorry i havnt been here for a while, been busy with school and work and trying to work on this car. But i have made huge progress. finished the hood body work, driver and passenger fenders, and i've taken apart the front pass door all the way down... but i've hit a road block. my window tracks and stuff in that door are unusable. i need new ones, but i can't find any through Ames or eBay. OPGI will have a full-size Pontiac cataloge soon and i love OPGI... Anyone got any ideas?

Just find a junk yard door and use the guts. I'm sure all other 59/60 GM 4 door sedans will work also

thanks! yeah thats what i was thinking... problem is there isn't very many junk yards around here. i found a parts car on craigslist a few months ago, the guy just sold parts of the cars in his back yard, but i lost his number and i haven't heard from him since... so i dunno. yeah i know other 59/60 parts should be the same.. but i was very happy to find out that OPGI sells the back window and windshield for the 59/60 Cadillacs, which is the same for the Pontiac. made my day haha not that i need new ones

Just make sure it's the right windshield. Sedans, hardtops and converts are all different

yeah i know, it said for the 4 door hardtop and i got excited. best part is it was only like $500 but it was $330 somethin on sale. i thought it was going to be way more then that

yeah $500 is pretty steep
