| Hello, I am Torsten from Bavaria/Germany. Since one week, I am the happy owner of a 1959 Star Chief Sport Sedan. Car is running and driving, but there are still a lot of things to do. With the Sport Sedan, I also received 1959 Star Chief 4-door parts car. Here are some pictures from the transport :-) | |

| Welcome to this site and congratulations to a 59 Twinfin! (or two) Try to get all shop manuals, an original parts and accesory catalog can also be useful, youtube as you mentioned, common sense and this site. Our friend here from France can really do bodywork (I am jealous about his competence), I am putting together a Bonneville Convertible that I bought as a basket case, and I really know how this cars looks "inside". I live in Sweden just 80 km northeast of Gothenburg, maybe I can look for parts around here. Good Luck, and if you want to travel a bit, you are welcome to our car meets here in Sweden coming summer! | |

| Thank you Palle Well, I will go to get all shop manuals and the parts and accessories catalog. Of course this site with its members and their knowledge will be a fantastic source for informations. As far as I judge, most parts I need, comes with the parts car. It´s a very nice offer to participate at your car meets in sweden. Ok, if I need some parts, will going to tell you. | |

| It´s quite simple, one of the pre-owners has cuttet the straight side chrome. But why? It looks shitty | |
