Upper control Arms

I'm gunna start cleaning up the suspension and steering tomorrow and hopefully get it cleaned and painted and installed.

I remember a while back I could not get one of theupper control arm bushing pieces that screws into the arm to go in. Is there a trick to this or are mine just worn out? I'll take a picture if I cannot get it figured out tomorrow. I think I got one of them in but the other would not go.

Does anyone have a manual steering centerlink or front sway bar?

Ok, bolt the little center thing back on first. Then slide the control arm over that. Then screw the little cap things on. Worked fine.
