| I just ordered a gm 500 ps kit for my 60 chev and was wondering if anyone has ever put a modern power steering setup in their 59? Are there such kits available? They sure are in abundance for the Chevys of the same year. | |

| No, at this point all my attentions been on my 1960 Chev wagon, which I did put a 500 steering box in. | |

| What did you mean modern power steering?
Original 59 pontiac power steering setup was the very first saginaw 800 series.Same steering box that has been use in big cars ever since.
If you have no ps car then you gotta find ps type steering colum i gues. | |
