| Jay, thank you for that additional ad. It had an e-mail address to leave a message where mine did not. So I shot one off. Let's see where this goes. I like the idea of the stick already set up in it. Would simplify a lot of things. Mark L | |

| I hope you get it Mark and you're welcome.
Unfortunately, I doubt my brother will haul anything that far. He's in the Dayton area and has a big, but open, trailer.

| A LOT lighter than even a gutted 59 Cat. 40s gasser coupes are just too cool. | |

| I got a reply from Akron about the '59. They sent an actual video with all kinds of shots and angles of the car and it looks really good. I sure wished I had the TA money in hand, I'd definitely start negotiations on it. I'll need a transport also so I hope that isn't too expensive. talk to ya later. Mark L | |

| Well at this time the owner and I can not agree on a price. I'm a little worried about the "new" paint job and what it may be covering. The one pic of the trunk shows a hole through the floor so I wonder what might be hiding. I offered $4500 and he said he would not budge for the asking price. And I still have to transport it. So I've moved on and I think I'll stick to my area and California. Anything close I can pick up my self. Or just continue on the '40. If it is the '40 I can spend the full amount on the car instead of losing some to the purchase of the next one. Hey, at least I have options. I've started sanding off the paint on the '40 and using flat black primer so it will start looking better. My computer took a crapper on me and I'm usiing a temporary comp of my sons. But my e-mails are not going out?? But I have internet?? Mark L | |

I believe Mark tried to buy one of Steves cars but he didn't have a title for it

| You should check your e-mail account settings. Check that smtp and pop3 server names are correct (as specified by your internet provider). Also check that your e-mail adress and logon code are as specified. If your internet works, then your email should also work, unless your account settings are wrong.
Good luck with your project !!.

| OK second try. Lost the first one. I just can't get the '60 Catalina Gasser out of my mind. I found this 66 goat gasser vid and if you squint really, really hard and imagine it as a '60 CAt, this kind of sound and site is what's fueling my dreams. Found a really nice '60 Cat in Seirra Vista AZ craigslist that I sent a message to. Asking to lower the price. If I pay full price I'd have a really nice car but nothing left to build the gasser. But good start if I can get it for less. Anywho, this is the vid. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bzypiAHCwoY&feature=relatedI may be hitting Steve up for the '60 he has--AGAIN--. It would leave me with a lot of cash to really build it right. You guys probably think I'm off the nuts here but I really have that dream, and now I'll have the cash to build it. Mark L | |

| Yeah, hit up Steve again. Did he get the title deal straightened out?
I know how it goes to be dead set on one certain car
