| I found this on the way to New Mexico about 2 years ago. It was in some little ass town near the Texas New Mexico border. I spotted it while we were at a stop sign, whipped the truck around and pulled in. It's a Catalina with factory air??? Go figure | |

| Maybe you could just grab it on your way down. I would have talked to them but it was just barely daylight outside by the time we went through town. On our way back it was dark so we didn't stop. I woke up around 10 AM saturday morning, piddled around all day, worked all night, left for New Mexico after work around 2:30 AM, got to Pinon New Mexico at about 10 AM. That's some good time right there! Picked up that Pontiac motor and bellhousing (along with all kinds of other parts this guy gave me), turned around, drove like 12 hours back home, took the motor out of my truck, took the bellhousing and checked to make sure it would work. I was up for like 45 hours with not a second of sleep. For the last 2 hours on the way home I couldn't tell if we were going up or down. hahahaha it was the strangest feeling ever. And we couldn't go more than 55 MPH on the way back because it was so windy. 7.5 hours on the way there and about 12 hours on the way back. Screw that | |
