| a 1959 Pontiac Catalina four door post. Hit in the front, laying on the ground for God knows how long, windshield broken, interior cooked, no engine or transmission. Spindles removed to make a trailer. Chrome is pretty good (lots of chrome), dash is good, all glass but the windshield is good. The next best thing to free (and I'm poor)...but is it worth dragging home? I feel drawn to it...it's the Pontiac version of Christine.

| Sedan roof or Vista? Either way I say it's worth it but I think you're going to get a little biased opinion. Oh ya, and Iron Man ROCKS! | |

| If it's a post it's a sedan. I'd drag it home. Sounds like it needs some work but if you're up for the challenge then HELL YEAH bring it home! I like the sedans better. I love that rounded roof. The hard tops are cool because they don't have a post. I'm glad I have one of each | |

| Also off topic but Buick and Caddy had sedan rooflines that were actually hard tops (no post) on the top of the line models. Those look sweet! | |

| It's not going to happan. It would be a decent parts car but that's all. I'm going in a different direction, I guess. Thanks, I'll continue checking in.

| Almost two years after passing on a '59 Pontiac Catalina, I'm buying the same car. Wish me luck and sell me parts. I'm just not right... | |

| Where are you located? Hopefully pictures are coming soon......Parts are available, albeit a bit pricy. Some parts are made of unobtainium!! Be careful with those parts..the will burn your fingers...AND your wallet! Good luck Iron Man. I'm more than obsessed, I am ADDICTED! | |

| Off topic, but here is a sweet 59 Buick Lesabre with a cool stance. I don't care much for the wheels, maybe some smaller Boyd's Coke bottles would be better, but nevertheless, it is pretty smooth! By the way, Did you know this was the car used as the pattern for the character "flo" in the movie "cars"? She was supposed to be a retired Autorama show car . True story! | |

| Northern Missouri. I'll see about pictures tomorrow, it's not a pretty sight though. I just can't resist it any longer. First thing I'll need to find is a pair of spindles. Chevy, Buick, or Olds interchangeable? Your input is appreciated. | |

| Posting pictures is not really hard. Click on the tab for Host an Image. Browse in wherever you have them stored. Select the picture in question and right click the CENTER "image"and click Copy . Next Paste it in your message. Click the "Host it" button. Voila! Click the preview before swending to check fot he picture. Works for me. It just takes a little patience. I just did it.....Try it, This is just a sample image.... | |
