How long is to long?

My Catalina is still not done. Originally just a paint job, then it was oh let me make this nicer too etc. You know the story.
Well without the proper plan in place and working ass backwards its still not done.
I worked on it for 7 years and with other cars I wanted to do I took it to a long time high quality shop.
Now its been there over 2 years

I was hoping to possibly be driving it this summer...…..how many times a month would you call the shop

In my country 2 years is nothing unusual.
The small Italian car stayed 3 years with the painter.
You have to know how to be very patient.
La Bonneville will leave in March, but in which years will it be painted ???? I may have white hair

My car is not even close to being of the quality yours is but I will be happy knowing I helped with a couple of the parts on yours when your beautiful car is done.

On this subject, I am looking for a front stabilizer bar.
Mine is eaten away by rust.

If you know one in good condition, I'm interested.

I cannot see the rust in the pic but I am sure I can come up with one to replace it. Where would I put the shipping label?

The bar is rusty at the location of the fasteners.
Half the diameter is missing.
if you have one, I am a buyer.
