Grille Trim Wanted

I need the front grille trim consisting of the 4 grille surround pieces and the trim that goes over the headlights on the front fenders. If anyone knows where to find these or has any laying around, Let me know. The yard here that has 4 '59's have been picked clean of all useful trim , especially the front and rear. They do have the window stainless though, but needs a good polishing. Thanks in advance..Chad

Chad.....I do have some of those pieces stored away somewhere. I'll try to find them among the junk I've accumulated. Some dents and scratches but they can be restored......John

John- How cool! That would be awesome...The ones I have (or had) were wadded up in a box in the trunk and unsalvagable. There is a guy here in Oregon, Ron Urback (Urback Enterprises) who straightens and polishes stainless and aluminum trim. Let me know what you want for them.

I've watched him work and he is amazing. He has hundreds of these little blocks of wood for every kind of trim out there. They fit inside and he uses them as dollies to hammer out dents and pushes them "down" the trim to force it back into shape. It's really a lost art, but he's a master at his craft.

It may be cost prohibitive to send them from the east coast or Texas, but if the parts are rare, it's worth every penny to have them restored. His number is 503-657-4689, if anyone is interested.
