1959 Pontiac parts for sale

How about the 4 speed hydramatic - is it still there ?. If so i would like to buy it for a spare. I'll have to check first how much it would cost to ship it to DK before agreeing to buy though.
I'm afraid that my original tranny will die on me some day, and it would be next to impossible to find one here.

I am also on the lookout for a 4 brl 59 intake + aircleaner. I got a carb on e-bay (61 pontiac) + a NOS rebuild kit, but need the intake.

I know someone who can arrange shipping if needed.

I wouldn't mind shipping it but that tranny has to weigh at least 200 lbs. I'd also like to find a 4 barrel intake. I found one local but the car is already sold but still sittin at the yard.

Thanks alot !. I will inquire about the price of shipping the parts to DK. As you know my car is already running, so there is no rush, but as soon as i know the price of shipping (200 lbs + as you stated ) i'll be back - i'll try to call him tonight.
I'll be happy to pay for the tranny, but delay the shipping until a 4brl intake is available, since this would properbly make shipping alot cheaper.
I think it is the coolest way to add a little extra power without sacrificing the original status of the car.

Let me know if you want that hydramatic. No hurry and you're at the top of the list, but just let me know if you're serious about i. It should be in good shape. The guy I bought it from drove it until 2003 when he overheater the motor and cracked a head.
