2 1959 ambulances on CL

These are both Superior bodies which are most common. 3 or 4 coachbuilders used the Pontiac chassis but it wasn't popular except to very small funeral homes and ambulance services.

I've been watching that hearse here in MN for a while. Ya, he's on crack or something.

I've been kicking myself in the butt for years since I saw a '59 ambulance in a yard for sale and I didn't get it. It was only $1500!

As far as superior coach bodies I think there were only like 580 made in '59.

One sold on ebay for $300 a few years ago. Steve from Indiana Pontiacs picked it up.

Also a year or so ago there was one in Kansas maybe??? for something like @K. It looked better than that 7500$ one.

I'd love to pick one up someday. I don't know what I'd do with it though haha
