| checked it out, it needed a bit of rust repair, around rockers, wheel wells and it was pretty heavy on the roof along the rain gutters, I would think that can suck to try to replace or fill in, it has a '70 400, but he had a exhaust manifold off cause it was leaking so it was rather loud and I couldn';t drive it. it was half shaved of all trim but he had all the pieces. :-/ and the front bumper looked kind a pressed in against the pan. looks like more work than play not really sure, he wants 3650 firm but it seems kinda shaky.. any thoughts | |

| $3,650 for a running decent bonnie 2 dr ht? Are you joking? That's a steal!!! Bonnevilles go for a lot, 2 dr hts go for a lot, put them together and they go for a lot. I say do it! Did you get any pics? | |

| Price doesn't sound too bad. You can get a bumper off any '59, body work shouldn't be too bad as long as the gutters are rusted through. I wouldn't pay full price though. Gotta jew them down, never pay full price. | |

| Unless he really is firm. If I said $3650 Firm and someone offered me $3000 I'd tell them to go f**k themselves. haha
I've been tryin to sell those 2 stupid Fords I have, buyers are some dumb mother f**kers sometimes. haha | |

| yeah, I hear that, he said he should have listed it for 5000 and talked down to 3650, I know what he means, when you just wanna sell a car and ask a fair price people want it for less which is why you mark it up a grand or so, I'm still back and forth, I'm just SICK of doing or dealing with rust. who knows, maybe another rum and a nap and I'll know anyone have a front bumper for sale | |

| If you're looking for something all original, I'd pass. If your intentions included some custom work and lots of aftermarket parts, then it would be worth the hassle if you can handle rust repair (personally I can't). Good luck either way! | |

| Yeah, if you want originalI don't think it's worth the effort. It's still a killer price. I wouldn't try to talk him down any. If he says firm he's firm. If I said firm $3650 on a $5000 car and you offered me less I'd show you the way out. That's insulting. If he was asking 10K on a 5K car then that's another story | |
