I drove down to my ranch Wednesday night. I parked my truck and didn't move it until yesterday at about noon. I went to start it when I was heading back home and it sounded like a carbureted big block running on about 6 cylinders. I thought "what the hell is goin on? maybe it's just cold" so I got out and packed the rest of my stuff and threw it in the truck. It still sounded like crap so I tried to give it some gas and it wouldn't rev past 1100 RPMs. UH OH! SO I shut her off and popped the hood....THERE WAS ABOUT A LB OF DEER CORN, A CACTUS, A STALE SLICE OF BREAD, DIRT, GRASS AND A PILE OF RAT SHIt! Those Mother Fuckers!!!! After I threw all that crap off my intake I could see that they chewed all the way through one wire and partially chewed through a few more wires heading to the throttle body.
That pisses me off!!! It's all fixed now but I want to punch every rodent I see in the face now.
Similar thing happened to my dads 06 Cummins. My dad pretty much lives out there so his truck goes weeks without moving sometimes and one time he told me his truck was running like crap. I put my superchip on it and ran the codes and he had about 12 codes. We popped the hood and saw the same thing, rat crap, corn, cactus and chewed wires!!!! Those bastards!!!!
