| Texas is closer! You don't have to move all the way to Mexico. You better be ready for 4+ months of 100+ degree weather though. haha | |

| i have no problem with 4 months of hot weather!! Texas is closer but mexico is cheaper. Also with about two days in the sun and a tan i can blend right in with the people and with the 59 low rider i should be good!! | |

| Yesterday was 4.1 F here with snow most of the day. Then, today, it's 50+ and raining all day. I think I moved to Seattle when I wasn't lookin'! Freezin' again tomorrow and Friday, then in the high 40's for The weekend. I hope so! I'm building a shed to put my Kubota in so I can get another car in the garage! | |

| Man, 80 degrees here in San Marcos yesterday, We drove to New Brunfels stepped out of the truck and it was like 50 mph winds and about 40 degrees. By the time we got back to san marcos is was hailing. WTF???
I heard it snowed in Austin but I doubt it.

| What's the weather like down south this morning? I heard on the news last night that a big storm was going to hit Louisiana and Alabama where the temp was supposed to fall out the bottom and turn to snow! they were saying potentially up to 6 inches!
Up here this morning it's 10F climbing to 18F and flurries.

| haha screw that.
I don't know how hot it gets up there but when it get hot down here it's HOT and it stays hot from May until about September. Even in early november it's still 80+ degrees pretty often. I can handle the heat a lot better than the cold though. I work at Gruene Hall which is the oldest dancehall in Texas. No AC, just swamp coolers. I wear boots and jeans everyday and it doesn't bother me. I'm just used to it. It's funny to watch all the yankees sweat their asses off. haha

| It gets to 90F regularly and occasionally 100F in the summer. Also have to remember though, you have dry heat. With all the lakes here it's always 90%+ humidity to go with that heat. | |

| Texas is pretty damn humid. Where I live it's not as bad as Houston or Galveston or Beaumont but it's humid. I have a ranch a little further south and down there it'll be 110 and I'll drive back home and it'll be 95 but it sure feels better in that 110 dry heat. haha
Way off topic but do you ever find Dodge Power Wagons for sale up there? Like 60s/70s? Seems like 75% of the old PWs are up north. You'd think with all this open land and ranches there'd be more down here but there's not.

| Oh hell no. We adapt, overcome, deal with it. However you want to look at it. It's not even "cold" yet per-say. Why do you think we have snowmobiles, go ice fishing, hockey, sledding, etc?
It's really not bad. I think I would probably go crazy if I didn't changes in season.
