Chip Foose?

What do yall think about Chip Foose? Would yall let him build your car? What would you think if he over hauled your Pontiac?

I saw him do a '56 Caddy last night and they made sure that the people watching knew that "there are no aftermarket parts available for this car." Welcome to my world Foose! And no one in their right mind would spend all that time and money on a car that looks that nice anyway. That's just insane. That was pretty much a show car and after millions of hours and dollars it's still a show car...built by Foose!

I think he's an awesome designer, and an awesome builder but I'll stick to building my own cars. Not like he would ever touch my car though. It's big, it's not a chevy, and no aftermarket. haha

My wifey sent in to have my car overhauled when the show first came out. Obviously no reply...

I'd rather build my own anyways. There's a lot of pride in know I built it myself. May not win any awards or be a show car but I do the work myself and take great pride knowing I do it myself.

I think it would take a team of builders a whole week just to polish all the stainless

I've often wondered how good of work can they actually do restoring an entire car in 5 days.....

I guess when you have 20 good builders on one car it gets done.
