just about ready

this is when i first got it. The paint is faded and i threw my ralleye rims on it but in this pic my wife took it looks almost new, with the sunlight like that. I tell her that the car was meant to be mine because of this pic, all the light beaming on it. I went for the matte black rat-rod look because i dont have the 6 grand i was quoted to paint it and also it needs all new interior and i just want to drive it so some mexican blankets will do the trick. I will get a pic of the engine and post it soon for you guys who have probally never seen a chevy drfivetrain in a pontiac.[img][/img]

i have the original steelies but no caps. I want to put those on and then a buddy of mine and i are going to lower it a bit. I think im going to get some chrome rings, bolts, and some of those bullet style caps for them. The ralleyes were from my 79 trans am i got rid of to get this car.

yeah, i really like the rat-rod lowrider style plus i cant afford to do a complete resto. I love the whole low buck drive them and have fun attitude and i think thats what its all about. I would love to someday put it back to original condition but that takes alot of time and money and i just want to drive it for a while. The car has a green roof and black and green dash and i will pintripe it all soon hopefully once i get back into the whole art thing and remember how to use my hands like that again!

I'd like to get some light striping done on my dash also.

if i cant stripe it then a buddy down the street said to grab a case of beer and he'll do it for me. He has a 56 pontiac that he choped the top and he's building a kick ass chopper motorcycle..talented guy
