Well my apologies for making this my first post, but I couldnt find an into forum. My names Mark Krahn, out of Armstrong, BC Canada, currently without an old pontiac, but o the trail of several as I type. I'll be tgravelling to Washigton this week to look at a 59 Catalina Safari, but thought I might as well throw out a request if theres any others anyone knows of, I love to know about them.I would like to get one in the shop before summer. And I'll be sure to post when I do.
Mark

Welcome to the site!

I watch ebay and CL pretty regularly and the wagons are pretty scarce. What kind of shape were you looking for?

probably the kind everyone is! I think well seasoned but still a runner- nothing restored, but neither with trees growing through the engine bay. I have a couple I'm looking at in the next week so we'll see...Thanks for the help

To snohomish to look at the car on CL you posted in the other topic-looked at it on thursday!! So any thoughts on his asking price? I know its what anyones willing to pay, and the car is not exactly a common find, but I'm abit more used to Ford prices from that era-any help on this one would be appreciated as it is a nice piece of metal-its just alot of work!

Im trying but the guy wont respond! Somebody hit this guy up for me!
Heres where I'm at though-I have a deal with Snohomish, but the title was burned in a house fire many years ago and Washington State DMV said they cannot issue a new one period (a bit weird)-so that deal is pending and I'm thinking may fall thru because of a missing title.
If I can actually get ahold of the Alabama wagon, any idea what shipping a rig like this might cost? He does have a title-thats the only response he's given me.
Thanks for any help!
