PostSubject: Core Support Help   Core Support Help EmptySat Aug 09, 2008 3:34 pm

I tried to install the core support but I could not figure out how it bolts on. I looked in the motors 1959 manual andit shows nothing, i dont see anything in the shop manual or the body shop manual. Does anyone have a picture of how it goes or can someone describe it to me?

It has those triangle;e lookin pieces that bolt to the core support and to the frame. The holes in the bottom of the core support go through the frame and the bumper brackets go through those same holes. I cut mine so it would fit together better.

That's an awful description but I'll have to show you pics to explain it better. Here is the only pic I have of it handy

See the holes at the bottom where the frame peaks through? I ended up taking tin snips and cutting the bottom part of the hole off so it is open because the bumper bracket was rubbing on it.
